Sobha gains after Q4 PAT soars 481% YoY to Rs 41 cr

Profit before tax (PBT) soared 415.2% YoY to Rs 56.21 crore in the quarter ended 31st March 2025. EBITDA stood at Rs 124.2 crore in Q4 FY25, up 37% compared with Rs 90.5 crore posted in corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA margin reduced 9.8% in Q4 FY25 as against 11.4% in Q4 FY24. In Q4 FY25, total sales value rose 22% year-on-year to Rs 1,836 crore. Average price realization increased 5% YoY to Rs 11,781 per sq ft, while new sales area grew 16% YoY to 1.56 million sq ft in Q4 FY25. Collections for Q4 FY25 stood at Rs 1,785 crore, registering a growth of 7% YoY. For full year, the company's consolidated net profit net profit jumped 92.8% to Rs 94.69 crore on 30.4% increase in net sales to Rs 4,038.69 crore in FY25 over FY24. Jagadish Nangineni, managing director, Sobha said, 'Q4 FY25 reflected steady and encouraging progress for SOBHA, supported by strong sales, successful project launches, solid revenue growth, and healthy cash inflows. The rights issue has further strengthened our financial position, enabling us to stay focused on execution and expansion. With the real estate sector continuing to perform well, we see strong potential in the year ahead. The current financial year looks promising, with a robust pipeline of project launches and our planned entry into new cities. Our unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality homes remains our core focus. Sobha gains after total sales value climbs 22% YoY in Q4

Average price realization jumped 4.91% YoY to Rs 11,781 per square feet in Q4 FY25. The realtor's share in sales value stood at Rs 1,370.2 crore in Q4 FY25, 7% YoY and 9.62% QoQ. In Q4 FY25, new sales area stood at 1.55 million square feet (sft), registering growth of 16.34% over Q4 FY24 and 53.31% over Q3 FY25. During the quarter, the company launched two projects, with a total saleable area of 4.11 million square feet (mn sft.), SOBHA Madison Heights and SOBHA Hamptons offers combined saleable area of 3.67 million square feet, while Chartered Birdsong, offers a saleable area of 0.44 mn sft. In FY25, the company recorded sales value of Rs 6,27,700 crore with a sold area of 4.68 million square feet and an average price of Rs 13,412 per square foot. Bangalore contributed 58.0% and Gurgaon 19.9% to the total. SOBHA is the real-estate company. It offers international quality homes, and commercial and contractual projects. Sobha rises as Q3 PAT climbs 44% YoY to Rs 22 crore

Profit before tax stood at Rs 29.46 crore in the third quarter of FY25, up 37.92% from Rs 21.36 crore recorded in the same period a year ago. EBITDA stood at Rs 100 crore in the December 2024 quarter, registering a decline of 2.91% compared with Rs 103 crore in Q3 FY24. EBITDA margin stood at 8% in Q3 FY25 as against 14.4% posted in Q3 FY24. On the segmental front, revenue from real estate stood at Rs 1,062.70 crore, registering a 103.91% YoY growth. On the other hand, revenue from contractual and manufacturing activities was Rs 214.60 crore, marking a growth of 8.18% YoY during the period under review. During Q3 FY25, real estate collections were at Rs 1,062.7 crore, up 104% YoY and average price realization stood at Rs 13,663 per sft, up by 16.5% YoY. On a nine-year basis, the company's consolidated net profit jumped 27.92% to Rs 53.83 crore in 9M FY25 as against Rs 42.08 crore posted in 9M FY24. However, revenue from operations advanced 19.88% YoY to Rs 2,798.08 crore in 9M FY25.
